We have 4 spacious bedrooms (double or twin), all decorated in their own unique style and with an en suite shower room .
Each bedroom has handpicked furniture and features home-from-home luxuries such as digital television, Hi-Fi,tea and coffee-making facilities and quality toiletries.
Broadband access is available from the lounge.
Our attention to detail and commitment to our guests is sure to make your stay a comfortable and enjoyable one,whether it be for just one night or a month !
Breakfast is included and guests can choose from a continental buffet , full cooked Scottish breakfast ,omelette , chocolate or lemon crepes .
Breakfast is served from 8.30am until 9am.
Check out is 10.30am
Check in beetween 3.30pm and 6pm or by prior arrangement.
Prices (based on 2 people sharing) £100 per room, either double or twin.
Cancellation policy :
We are a small business, so cancellations can have a big impact on us, especially if we have turned away potential guests in favour of someone who has already booked and who then cancels. We do, however, appreciate that unforeseen circumstances can intervene, and we try to be as sympathetic and helpful as possible in such cases.
In the event of a cancellation up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled date of arrival no charge will be made.
If you cancel your reservation within 48 hours of the scheduled date of arrival a cancellation charge equivalent to the room(s) single night rate will be made.
